LONGCHAMP x CRIB: In celebration of International Women’s Day 2019 Presents “MY JOURNEY”

Singapore, February 2019 - On February 20th, 2019, Longchamp and CRIB celebrated International Women’s Day by bringing to stage 4 prominent and inspirational women who shared their personal journeys, their successes & challenges in life and also ways on how they are making an impact and giving back to the community.

These 4 women have agreed to lend their faces and voices to their shared cause: to defend the desire to embark, the courage to dare and create value.

• Nadya Hutagalung UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador, Founder of Let Elephants Be Elephants, Media Personality

• Assistant Professor Loh May-Han Consultant Anaesthesiologist

• Paige Parker Philanthropist, Arts and Education Enthusiast, Published Author

• Claire Jedrek Singapore’s only female professional car racer

Longchamp has always been dedicated to promoting and supporting women’s success.

Sophie Delafontaine, Artistic Director, explains: "I am a woman, a mother and I work. I am constantly moving, never set. I started from this experience to imagine a wardrobe that accompanies the evolution of the woman, pieces for her to feel good about herself and her time. We imagine coherent, global silhouettes that make women look and feel comfortable all day long".

Every day, Longchamp’s craftswomen are also working hard to produce the quality leather goods that make the House’s reputation and to ensure the transmission of Longchamp’s savoir-faire to the news generations. These lively and feminine forces participate fully in the success of the brand.

Carried by all these feminine voices, Longchamp imagines an elegance for the independent cosmopolitan women.

With CRIB, Longchamp shows support to women who live and breathe their vision of the world: rising female stars, captains of industries who are transforming lives through passion, determination and commitment, women who turn their dreams into reality by building successful businesses, and those living a life they dream of and love.
