About The Speaker
Yue-En Chong is a family lawyer and frequently help his clients in drafting wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, obtaining Deputyship Orders from the Court and other probate and estate issues. He also assists his clients in matrimonial issues including divorces, guardianship of children, adoption, maintenance, child custody and access.

Yue-En Chong leads his own firm, Bethel Chambers LLC as the managing director, and is the only person in Singapore who has an LLM (Social Care Law), with research focusing on protecting patients from financial abuse. He is currently one of the leading figures in Singapore in the mental capacity law & practice space and frequently engages the Office of Public Guardian, the Family Justice Court and the Ministry of Social and Family Development on MCA related matters. He currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Law Society's Probate Practice and Estate Planning Committee.
