Events Director

CRIB is looking for an Events Director to oversee the strategy and planning of our events. You will be responsible for managing events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to, coordinating logistics and event volunteers, communicating, maintaining and developing existing or new client relationships.

• Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery
• Produce detailed proposals for events (for example, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
• Research, negotiate and hire venues, suppliers, contractors
• Manage and coordinate all event logistics, pre-, during and post follow up
• Manage a team of volunteers assisting with events
• Research opportunities for new clients and events

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience at event management
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational, team and project management
• Computer savvy, able to work under pressure

Membership Coordinator

CRIB is looking for a flexi/part-time Membership Coordinator to provide outstanding customer service to members, potential members and guests as it relates to billing, membership communication and administrative support.

• Promote organization to prospective members
• Maintain and develop relationships with current and prospective members, responding to member questions, as needed
• Maintain membership records, processing new member applications, membership renewals, and member turnovers
• Carry out member surveys, report on membership status and trends
• Assist with event planning and logistics coordination
• Other special projects, as assigned

• Superior attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Tech savvy, proficient with database management
